- Discount automatically applied at checkout when minimum quantity is met
Returns Policy for Wedding Suits Offer
If you purchased 2 suits and return 1 suit:
- You will receive a refund calculated at full price (without the 15% discount)
- The remaining suit will be charged at full price
- Example: If 2 suits are bought at ยฃ400 each, then with the total of ยฃ800 +15% discount = ยฃ680 total paid. If 1 suit is returned, you will receive a refund of ยฃ280 as the remaining suit is charged at ยฃ400 which is the original cost before the discount was applied.
If you purchased 3 or more suits and return some suits:
- You retain the 15% discount on remaining suits (minimum 2 suits must be kept)
- Returned suits refunded at the discounted rate
Offer 2: Sale Collection – Buy 2 Suits For The Price Of One
Eligibility
- Applies only to suits listed on our designated Sale page
- Suits must be added to the basket to qualify for the offer
- Free suit is automatically calculated as the lowest-priced qualifying item
Discount Structure
- Buy 2 suits: Cheapest suit is free
- Buy 3 suits: Cheapest suit is free (pay for 2 most expensive)
- Buy 4 suits: 2 cheapest suits are free (pay for 2 most expensive)
Returns Policy for Sale Collection Offer
General Return Rules:
- When returning suits from this offer, the discount is recalculated based on the remaining items
- If returns affect offer eligibility, pricing adjusts accordingly
Return Scenarios:
Purchased 2 suits. One was ยฃ300, and the free suit was ยฃ200. Therefore, you paid ยฃ300 in total as the cheapest was free.
- If you return the ยฃ300 paid for suit, you will receive a refund of ยฃ100 as the free suit you have kept is worth that much.
- If you return the free ยฃ200 suit: No refund, keep paid suit at the price paid
Purchased 3 suits. Two were ยฃ300 and ยฃ250 (paid for), and the free suit was ยฃ200. Therefore, you paid ยฃ550 in total as the cheapest was free.
- If you return the ยฃ300 suit: Refund of ยฃ100 refund (keeping suits worth ยฃ450, you paid ยฃ550)
- If you return the ยฃ250 suit: Refund of ยฃ50 (keeping suits worth ยฃ500, you paid ยฃ550)
- If you return the free ยฃ200 suit: No refund (keeping suits worth ยฃ550, you paid ยฃ550)

Return Condition Requirements
All returned suits must be:
- In original, unworn condition
- Free from any marks, stains, or damage
- Free from perfume, cologne, or other odours
- With all original labels and tags attached
- In original packaging where possible
Returns that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.
Refund Processing
- Refund calculations will be clearly explained in your return confirmation
- Additional payments (if required due to discount adjustments) will be requested before processing returns
- Refunds processed within 5 business days of return receipt
