Refund and Returns Policy

At V2 Classic, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Below are the details of our return and exchange policies:

Standard Return & Exchange Policy

  • We offer a 14-day free return or exchange policy on all full-price items.
  • We also offer a 28-day free exchange period for customers who wish to exchange their item beyond the initial 14 days.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at [email protected] with your order details and your request.
  • We will confirm the return address and provide a prepaid return label. Once your item is returned to us in unworn, original condition with its packaging, we will process your refund or exchange. Please send your returns to: Unit 4-5, Dove Cottage Mill Duckworth Street Darwen BB3 1AR.
  • Please note that V2 Classic are not liable for any lost return if a tracking number and proof of postage cannot be provided.
  • Refunds may take up to 14 days to appear in your bank account following issuance. If you experience any delays beyond this, please contact your bank first. If the issue persists, reach out to us, and we will assist further.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are limited to one free exchange per person and are subject to stock availability. If the item you wish to exchange is not available in stock, we will work with you to find an alternative solution.If you require a second exchange on your order you will be liable for the return fee.

Sale Items

  • Sale items can be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • The process for sale items follows the same procedure as above, including the provision of a prepaid return label.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be in original condition, unworn, and with all packaging intact. This includes all tags and labels attached and free from fragrance, cosmetics, or other marks.
  • If the returned item is damaged, worn, or altered, we will not issue a refund. Instead, the item will be returned to you, and a flat fee of £15 will be charged to cover shipping, return costs, and inspection time.

International Orders

  • We do not currently offer international shipping as standard. However, if you wish to place an international order, please contact our sales team at [email protected], and we will be happy to arrange it for you.
