Beige Suits for Weddings and Races
Beige is the most useful warm-weather suit colour there is, and it is far more forgiving than white or cream. It photographs well outdoors, it does not catch the light the way white does, and it carries a pattern better than either. There is a real choice here. The plain beiges are the cleanest and most modern. The checked and pinstriped versions are worth considering if the suit needs to earn its keep at more than one event, because a pattern gives you a second outing where a plain suit starts to look like the same photograph. Beige also sits well against almost any shirt colour, which is not true of the darker neutrals.
